This page explains the information used when you request a cab fare through this website.

Information collected

The fare form collects the pickup, destination, travel date, optional return date, selected vehicle, name and mobile number that you submit. Campaign attribution values such as UTM parameters and Google click identifiers may be retained for the current browser session and attached to the enquiry.

How the information is used

The submitted details are used to review the requested journey, prepare an applicable fare and respond to the enquiry. Tracking events are prepared for measurement tools only when valid analytics or advertising IDs are configured.

Storage

The current PHP implementation can store enquiries in a server-side private data file. Server access to that location should remain restricted, and production operators should apply an appropriate retention period and access policy.

When a WhatsApp number is configured, the site can create a message containing the trip details you entered. Opening or sending that message is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the fare form. Business contact details should be added to the central configuration before the website is launched so privacy enquiries can be directed to the responsible operator.
